Infrastructure and Community Benefits

Investment in local services and facilities

Investment in Local Services

This development will deliver substantial investment in local services and infrastructure to support the new community and benefit existing residents. The comprehensive S106 package directly addresses the issues that matter most to local people; school places, healthcare, public transport, and community facilities.

Education

Vistry will provide formula-based contributions towards both primary and secondary education. The amount of money paid towards local schools will depend on the final mix of homes built. Larger homes with more bedrooms are expected to house more children, so they contribute more towards education than smaller homes. The exact total will be calculated once the number and size of homes is confirmed.
