Vistry Homes has launched a public consultation on detailed proposals for a new neighbourhood at Land West of Reigate Road, Hookwood.
The Reserved Matters Application follows outline planning permission granted in July 2024. The site is allocated in Mole Valley District Council’s adopted Local Plan under Policy DS41.
The proposals include 446 new homes with 40% affordable housing, a new community building of up to 1,500 sqm, and 4.08 hectares of public open space and play areas.
Residents and stakeholders are invited to share their views on the detailed design through an online feedback form and interactive map. The consultation will run until 28th January 2026.
